    RIP IE6

We at Lenker Design felt responsible to pass on this obituary notice for Internet Explorer 6.

    Obituary Notice for IE6

    http://ripie6.com/
This site pretty much sums up how all web designers and developers feel about IE6. Because IE6 contains so many problems – we’ve decided it’s just easier – and better for everyone – if we don’t even try and format for IE6. Instead we now put “Push Up The Web” on all of our websites. Push Up The Web only pops up if you are not using the most up to date version of your internet browser, then providing a link for you to download the latest version. Oh, and… internet browser updates are free! So why not update them?

So help us save many years of pain for web designers. Pass on this notice to anyone you know still using IE6. And to our fellow web designers – start putting Push Up The Web on your sites, too!

RIP IE6… you won’t be missed.
